Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at info@ciaracorkhome.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm the return and send you the return address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@ciaracorkhome.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

Made-to-order or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
